A message dated June 20, 2013, was received stating the Governor                                                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 83(JUD)                                                                                               
    "An Act relating to certain federal statutes, regulations,                                                                  
    presidential executive orders and actions, and secretarial orders                                                           
    and actions; relating to the duties of the attorney general; and
